Room Check

Tell TRP what you want your room to feel like. We plan the concept, coordinate the specialist partners, source what is needed, and supervise the transformation from start to final handover.
Instead of asking you to manage painters, electricians, carpenters, lighting specialists, furniture suppliers, decorators and installers separately, TRP becomes the single project point of contact. We bring the right specialists together around one agreed transformation plan.
Every image below is a visual concept direction. Final designs are personalised to the actual room, customer preferences, selected materials and available budget.
All prices shown on this website are rough planning estimates only and are not confirmed quotations. They represent an indicative cost for creating a room of this nature broadly from scratch in Malaysia. Final pricing is confirmed only after TRP assesses the actual room, agrees the final scope with the customer, and receives written pricing/availability confirmation from the exclusive and specialised contractors, suppliers and service partners assigned to the project. Room size, current condition, location, demolition, electrical or structural work, custom carpentry, furniture, technology, selected finishes, delivery, labour and customer changes can increase or reduce the final price. Currency conversions are indicative only and use reference exchange rates last updated 11 August 2026; actual billing and settlement rates may differ.

Choose a room direction, mood, must-haves, preferred colours and the budget you want us to work within.
TRP maps the transformation: finishes, furniture, lighting, carpentry, décor, technology and specialist work.
We coordinate the relevant specialist partners and validate costs before your final project quotation is confirmed.
Your dedicated TRP supervisor coordinates schedules, progress, partner access, quality checks and communication.
Work is completed, the room is styled and checked, and TRP hands over the finished transformation to you.
Room Raiders are TRP-employed project supervisors assigned to customer transformations. They are not a replacement for licensed specialist trades. Their job is to make sure the right people, materials and decisions come together properly.
The room-type price estimates vary by scope. These service levels help customers decide how extensive they want the transformation to be.
Change the mood without rebuilding everything.
The core TRP experience — rebuild the entire personality of the room.
For highly customised, premium or technically complex rooms.
You don’t need to know interior design terms. Answer a few practical questions and this page will create a simple brief that can be sent to TRP when consultations open.
No. TRP can assess furnished, outdated, cluttered, unfinished or mostly empty rooms. What stays, moves, gets disposed of or gets replaced is agreed during scoping.
No. They are rough from-scratch planning estimates only. A final quotation is issued after the real room and scope are assessed and TRP’s relevant specialist partners confirm their costs and availability.
TRP coordinates appropriate contractors, suppliers and specialist service providers for the agreed project. Works requiring appropriately qualified or licensed trades are assigned accordingly. Your Room Raider supervises coordination and progress rather than pretending to be every trade.
Yes. A customer can combine styles — for example, a dark-luxury gaming bedroom, a Bali-inspired meditation room, or a content-creator studio with sneaker displays. The categories are starting points, not restrictions.
That is the intention. TRP can prioritise the highest-impact items and recommend a practical scope. Final feasibility still depends on the condition of the room and actual partner/supplier pricing.
TRP’s operating model is to assign a Room Raider as the project supervisor and primary project contact, supported by the wider TRP team and specialist partners.
